Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction which in turn can help to improve the whole body's health and performance. As time goes on, we endure stresses and strains and overtime our bodies absorb them. We can only handle so much tension before the tissues begin to tighten and potentially affect optimal function. Once this threshold is met, disfunction can occur within our whole being including the central nervous system and eventually every other system within.

A variety of conditions that are inflammatory in nature may begin to develop in adults starting in their thirties and onward. What may seem like minor issues at first can gain momentum and cause severe problems and complications as we age if the inflammatory response is not being managed.

CST releases the tensions to allow the entire body to relax and auto correct by using a gentle touch technique. This therapy naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens our resistance to disease and enhances our health and well-being. Because it is such a gentle therapy it can be effective for all ages from newborns to elders.

Some conditions that can be managed are Osteoporosis, Headaches/Migraines, Arthritis, Scoliosis, Alzheimer's/Dementia, Chronic fatigue, TMJ syndrome and ADD/ADHD. CST can also assist with neurological balancing which may help with stabilizing sleep patterns, improve balance and vestibular control and help with anxiety and depression.

Craniosacral therapy is performed fully clothed.

Osteopathy takes a holistic approach to health, focusing on the interconnectedness of the body’s structure and function. It promotes fluid flow, supports the nervous system, and addresses structural adaptations due to stress or injury. While Osteopathy specifically considers diseases or dysfunctions in the bones, it always looks at the body as a whole.

Through Osteopathic practices, we enhance the relationships between bones and joints, treat soft tissue and fascia, and aim to restore healthy motion within the organ systems. This comprehensive perspective prioritizes overall health.

In practical terms, Osteopathy is particularly effective for concussions, as it addresses both skull alignment and nervous system function. It can also help:

Reduce stress
Increase range of motion
Improve joint mobility
Alleviate chronic pain
Enhance posture and alignment
Decrease inflammation and support circulation

After working with the human body over several years, Nancy trained and practiced Massage in Mexico back in 2008. She believes that we can’t function at our best if some part of us is not working properly. After experiencing the power of healing through energy she decided to commit herself to learning the healing art form of Reiki and become a Master Reiki from HIspanoamericana Mikao Usui S.C.. While pursuing more options to help the bodies she treated use their natural healing powers, she came across Biomagnetism Therapy and obtained certification from Doctor Isaac Goiz, the founder of Biomagnetism therapy. After having her second son through surgery, she started to experience some postpartum complications which prevented her from walking even just a few steps. At that time, she turned to Craniosacral Therapy which had her walking again after just one session. Impressed by the subtle touch and great results she made a decision to learn this Therapy. She is now certified in CST1, CST2, SER1, CN1, The Brain Talks by the Upledger Institute. Nancy is also currently in her second year of school and will become a Registered Acupuncturist within the coming year!
